My dad always believed that whatever I put my heart and mind to, I will achieve. That’s led to the high achieving part of me. I owe my practical common sense to my mom. Sharon Raj Singh Sharon accidentally fell into the field of Human Resources when she joined a recruitment firm as a ‘trainee’ more than 20 years ago. Since then, Sharon’s career has seen her become a recruiter at a technology start-up in London, a career coach in New York City and head up HR teams in private and public organizations.
